5 Characterists of all Successful Entrepreneurs

Today's entrepreneur is becoming more savvy than ever before. With the banking industry shuffling to manage new regulations and implement tighter controls on the loaning of capital, with businesses downsizing there staffs, with companies folding at record levels, a new breed of entrepreneur is born. More and more we see highly educated and very successful career oriented professionals stepping out of their comfort zone and into new and exciting fields they thought they were not qualified for.
Everyday I speak with people from all walks of life, and different social and economic backgrounds. Most have different skill sets and strengths in their particular field of study and career. But more and more, I see individuals seeking new challenges to better themselves, whether they operate a restaurant, have a successful career as a mortgage banker, are a stock broker on Wall Street, a law enforcement officer, a building contractor and even an unemployed actress. I have seen all of these individuals join ranks and become very successful as today's new type of entrepreneur.
What do they have in common that has made them all very successful?
One, they possess a burning desire to succeed or accomplish more than they already have. That desire comes from within, It is that feeling you have when you get up in the morning they propels you out of the house to accomplish more than you accomplished the day before. Its an constant thirst or hunger for success that does not diminish over time. It what keeps the great athletes coming back year after year to participate in their perspective sport and trying to break or set more records than previous years gone by.
Two, They set goals. They write down the specific goals and clear objectives and a specific time line to achieve those goals or objectives by a certain date. There is no wondering where they are headed and when they wish to arrive. Most people do not create a clear map of the direction they wish to go forward day to day, and end up in the same place no matter how hard they try to work, because they have not established a clear set of objectives to accomplish their goals.
Three, they plug into an automated system that will accomplish the objectives established to be successful entrepreneurs. Most successful entrepreneurs use automated systems. Automated systems are what Henry Ford, Ray Kroc, Sam Walton, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Donald Trump all utilized to become very wealthy in their time, and create a legacy in their respective industries right up to today and in the future.
Four, they recognize and understand their system must provide unlimited leverage to achieve their success. This is the real power in becoming successful in any business today. You have to be able to access the power of leveraging, the ability to attract the masses to your product or service that will buy your product or service, in essence make you money, while you sleep, 24 hours a day, 7 days week, whether you do anything to work your business..... OR NOT!
Five, they are teachable, willing to learn a new set of skills, guidelines, steps, system, what ever you wish to call them to change and become successful entrepreneurs. They learn what they need to do that will ultimately help improve their lives, careers, and income. This ability to learn and be able to teach yourself the techniques that are working now is what brings all of this together and separates the successful entrepreneur from those that fail.
